What can you say about the Albinos. They are special people. However, some of them face discrimination of any form. I think they do not deserve it all. Respected RG scholars, what do you think?
Albinism refers to a range of disorders that result from a reduction or absence of the pigment melanin. No cure exists, but skin can be protected and eye conditions can be treated. Humans, animals, and even plants can have albinism, a condition that gives people a kind of pale appearance. People living with albinism sometimes fall victims of ritualists based on the belief that certain body parts of albinistic people can transmit magical powers. They also experience being subject of rejection in the community because of the strange skin colour. However, many organisations have been set up to help protect and provide for communities with albinism.
Thanks for the replies. Here is a case study. Today, I was in a public transport sitting beside a young lady that is an albino. I can see how she struggles to make use of her phone, keeping it extremely close to the eye. While others keep looking her in a way I cannot explain, I was busy thinking of how exactly can we find a cure.
Discrimination is a curse. Modern societies should ban and punish such tactics. The role of education is crucial regarding the right to equality for all.
