Clarity in objective, honesty in work, open mind and scientific logic during observation-analysis-interpretation, commitment, precision and confidence.......these are all alone or in combination makes all the difference. A successful researcher had all these as secrets.
From another point of view, the possibly large number of papers a researcher has had does not necessarily determine their professional success, especially when the overwhelming majority of these papers have been published in journals of doubtful quality.
Researchers Clarity on the subject matter, innovative urge, Creativity, honest approach in the collection of either secondary or primary data, exhaustive explanation and acceptance of experts opinion and logical report.

Research has an original thought of our mind resulting us for our earlier thinking & which may subsequent translate the process of our research. In this line I have expressed my views earlier in the similar areas which I take an opportunity to submit herewith
Research Career demands a creative energy ,intelligent pursuit ,knowledge , of our research planning & at the same time should not be satisfied for the completion of research as it remain the part of our creation we should be carefully look for further development of research & in this case it is very likely that for our research we may prove to be for the fulfilled for the needed development of the picture or according to the research performance it may useful to the society .
This is my personal opinion
Creative writing, original ideas and research practices as well as strict adherence to scientific methodlogy are key ingredients of publishing success. Readability, forming complex bodies of information into simple Knowledge (working) formulae and visual imagination are needed for the literary and scientific communication. In my opinion, "passion", "patience" and "perseverance" are the three most important characteristics of a successful researcher.

A creative thinker, Determined , An effective communicator, Open to different ideas
Originality, creative thinking, abstraction, logical adaptation, transforming observations to meaningful outcomes are qualities of a successful researcher.
I think that the hard work, patience, skills and have different knowledges and ideas are the most important requirements to be a successful researcher.

A successful research has to build a holistic vision of his research with interconnected mainstreams.

If the researcher knows his/her work, successfulness is achieved with no doubt.
Knowing well the field of research, being able to see relevance and gaps and being well versed with methods and methodologies so that valid knowledge is generated in the effort. I would also add: being a good communicator, who is able to show others the research and its crucial findings....

To publish, you need to be actively engaged in research as well as writing up the methods and findings for publication (and it helps to collaborate with other researchers on both aspects). At any given time you should have some work that is in the different stages of the publication pipeline (ongoing research, analysis, writing, review, submission, further review and acceptance)
