If your published article can help others' in their research, feel free & prompt to forward your link to them - this can improve your article visibility.
Research has an original thought of our mind resulting us for our earlier thinking & which may subsequent translate the process of our research. In this line I have expressed my views earlier in the similar areas which I take an opportunity to submit herewith
Research Career demands a creative energy ,intelligent pursuit ,knowledge , of our research planning & at the same time should not be satisfied for the completion of research as it remain the part of our creation we should be carefully look for further development of research & in this case it is very likely that for our research we may prove to be for the fulfilled for the needed development of the picture or according to the research performance it may useful to the society .
Creative writing, original ideas and research practices as well as strict adherence to scientific methodlogy are key ingredients of publishing success. Readability, forming complex bodies of information into simple Knowledge (working) formulae and visual imagination are needed for the literary and scientific communication. It must also be understood that academic procedures and scientific progress are not identical; you must be willing to travel the extra-mile as G.Polya https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Pólya opined in: How to solve it.The Martians https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Martians_(scientists) are a good example from the history of science, in terms of mental proliferation.
Originality, creative thinking, abstraction, logical adaptation, transforming observations to meaningful outcomes are qualities of a successful researcher.

Knowing well the field of research, being able to see relevance and gaps and being well versed with methods and methodologies so that valid knowledge is generated in the effort. I would also add: being a good communicator, who is able to show others the research and its crucial findings....
Each journal has its secret way about successful research; you should investigate which journal you want to send your manuscript first, and take advantage of the way of presenting themes, ideas, writing style, and should your article having "quote" from this journal.@Temitayo O. Olaniyan
I have gathered that a good researcher must be open towards new ideas and be ambitious. However, in what ways are successful researchers contributing towards social advancement? Aristidis Matsoukis et al. An efficient way may be science democratization. By the way, there is an interesting relevant discussion thread at https://www.researchgate.net/post/what_does_mean_science_democratization_and_how_do_achieve_it.
To publish, you need to be actively engaged in research as well as writing up the methods and findings for publication (and it helps to collaborate with other researchers on both aspects). At any given time you should have some work that is in the different stages of the publication pipeline (ongoing research, analysis, writing, review, submission, further review and acceptance)
