There is a quantum of accidents occuring mostly on our busy roads, some are as a result of worn tyres and others resulting from flat tyres swaying cars away and perhaps crossing to other lanes. Can airless tyres which is claimed resistant to puncture be a solution to these challenges.
Airless tires could be a solution to these challenges but the problems of airless heavy equipment tires include dissipating the heat buildup that occurs when they are driven. Airless tires are often filled with compressed polymers (plastic), rather than air or can be a solid molded product.
