I purchased an Agilent DNA 1000 kit to use in the Bioanalyzer, but I messed up with one spin filter. So, I wanted to filtrate 1 matrix vial with another column already used but it has residual from another spinned matrix.
Do you think there is a way to wash the spin column to reuse it? maybe desionized water or so?

It is always better to follow manufacturer's instruction but I think better to wash with 70% ethanol first and then with MiliQ.
Hi, at the end I just filtered the rest of the matrix and I did not washed the filter or anything. I messed up with the filter in January and reused by July (6 months later) and haved not any problems.
I wrapped well the filter in January with parafilm plastic and put it in a ziplock bag, and storage at 4*C, by July I used and by luck the filter was not dry or clogged.
I do not recommend to do any of this but, just to let you know, there is no problem if you face whit this in the future.
