Hello my name is Fakhri Adrian, i want to do some research about how to encourage the aerotropolis of Kertajati in West Java to be successful. i'm curious why the demand of Kertajati International Airport doesn't give a proper output for airport business, whether there are mistakes in planning, budgeting, or management?
please give me a fresh preception about the city led by airport as economic driver for the surrounding area, and the possibility of mismanagement in planning or budgeting.

Please look carefully at the literature on airport driven economic development (too much to comment on here) The results are not at all unambiguous and depend on many factors. A key question is exactly what kind of development and how close to the airport does it need to be? Lots of lit on this general area that needs to be reviewed before you can move forward.
