Adhesion promoter for primeless Silicone RTV?

We are looking for adhesion promoter for condensation based 2 part RTV. The adhesion promoter has to be added in part A or catalyst. Substrate is 1) Epoxy 2) Copper . Kindly suggest, thanks.
