Dear all,

As a part of my research project, I am interested in ADAM-17/TACE and its expression in Caco-2 cell line.

According to the literature that I have red until now, I don't really know if Caco-2 cells could produce enough and efficient TACE naturally, or if I need to transfect Caco-2 cells with a plasmid coding for ADAM-17 to have enough and efficient TACE produced by the cells. 

Perhaps you could set me straight?
