Greetings

Today, I received an alert from "Google Scholar" about a new citation to one of my papers. I was highly surprised that those authors have copied long paragraphs from my paper and pasted them in their paper! Although they regarded my article as a reference but, however, they did not even cite it properly!

Would you please suggest the proper action that I have to do officially?
