As the pic shows, the brown(such as black box) means the positive area of β-tubulin, and the white area is the negative area of β-tubulin. Tubulin is a kind of skeleton protein, in my opinion, if there are cancer cells, IHC of tubulin of all cells should be positive. but the result shows that almost half of cells shows negative. Somebody could tell me the reasons?

Good day, dear He Yujun.It will be good to see this area at high magnification. But as I see at this image - all right. all cancer cells are positive. Negative areas are lumens of cancer glands and stroma.
