Hi, everyone, I wanna ask you a question about the XPS, is there any different about binding energy for the compound at diffenert state, like crystal TiN and amorphous TiN?
The bond type is a direct dependent on the materials solid structure type. this hypothesis applicable also on TiN
in Si for example amorphous type bonding structure give the energy gap of 1.6eV approximately compared to 1.1 for its crystalline form. in more details, amorphous formation is is a type of nanoscale particles with a low melting temperature and is has a nan crystalline form of the material
