Hi, all of you guys.

lately i have been worked on stable-transfection on CHO-k1 cells.

i have lots of plasmids both light chain and heavy chain. my proposes are improve the protein‘s yeild and stablities.i am use UCOE on my vectors to increse stablities. but which i also need get high yeild which means i kinda need high copy numbers. so you guys give me some sugguestions. how i can change my plasmid structure or change the way of genemoses integration on cells? on gene levels or cell level? or any ideas?
