Shall we think about we are finishing to do any kind of analysis such as Mycotoxines, Then we need to do sweetners then how are we configurated and validation the instrument for sweetners? (LOD LOQ Detection limit I don,t understand)

The chromatographic parameters for mycotoxin and sweetener analysis are completely different (different column, mobile phase, detector settings...).
Check ICH Q2 for definitions like LOD and LOQ. You can determine these parameters by subjective signal/noise analysis or statistically (square root of the sum of the standard deviation of residuals).

In general, LOD - 3x higher signal than signal to noisee ratio, LOQ - 10x higher
