i want to know about identification of XRD results that each pick positions.
as a result of qualitative and quantitative analysis revealed O, Na, Mg, Al,Si, S, K, Fe, Cu, Zn etc..
personally, i considering the possibility of jarosite, gypsum, alunite, illite etc..
please, anyone who give me some advise above open question.
Seems like so many elements present in your sample. It's all depends on your composition of the sample. Sometimes EDAX result shows the presence of C, N, and O even when it's not there. As you are telling that there is a possibility of the compound being jarosite, gypsum, alunite, illite etc, what you can do is obtain the diffractograms of those possible materials and compare it with the obtained XRD pattern. You can go to the below link to get the diffractogram pattern file of possible materials for free. If the peak positions match with your obtained pattern then you can refine your pattern with Rietveld Refinement technique to assure it further.

From those you mentioned, it seems that gypsum might be responsible for some of the peaks you observed. Attached is the XRD pattern for Gypsum-Ca (SO4) (H2O)2 from Cole, W.F.; Lancucki, C.J. Acta Crystallographica B (24,1968-38,1982) (1974) 30, (*) p921-p929.
The more phase are inluded the higher the reqirements regarding the signal to noise ratio. Your pattern would be too noisy for my expectations. Anyway, you got these data from somewhere and they certainly have software for phase identification. Otherwise an diffractometer does not make any sense. Quantitative phase analysis is a bit more complicated so that I would not expect such software at any diffractometer.
In fact, you can combine EDX and XRD but practically it is often not necessary and also irritating or misleading. The XRD peaks are like a fingerprint of a phase. Only very rarely EDX might support a phase discrimination but I myself only heard this one or two timey in my life. In 99% you do not need it.
