Looks like an interesting (and safe) choice. It is too new to have a Scopus indexing or an impact factor yet but looking at the perfect track record of this publisher (https://www.frontiersin.org/about/impact?utm_source=WEB&utm_medium=hpage-carousel&utm_campaign=impact2021) this will happen soon.

PS. There use to be some discussion about this publisher in the past https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frontiers_Media but I am convinced that they deserve better and their improved reputation corresponds with my observation that numerous ‘big’ names publish papers with them.

I think the journal is very good regarding the quality of papers pushed in there.

It is not a predatory

These are the category of the journal indexing: Google Scholar, DOAJ, CrossRef, CLOCKSS

Cross Ref is an excellent Abstract, which is used by top journals around the world.

The only concern I have is with the journal's submission fees, which makes me feel that its more predatory than the thought about disseminating knowledge.

Check and you'll be able to get more information.

The most important thing is to crosscheck the publisher. Is it either Elsevier, Wiley, Emerald, Springer Nature or SAGE etc. If the journal is listed within the trusted publishers, you can accept the invitation.

Update: 22-07-2022: They are now officially indexed in Scopus https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/21101072515

I had a look at the latest source list (you can find here https://www.scopus.com/home.uri , just scroll down for ‘Source list’) and found that this title is included in the accepted titles list, so they will be included in the Scopus indexed list soon.

As indicated in my previous reply of July 27th, 2021, they have a good track record in getting their titles indexed.
