the antibody of ABO blood group generated in the body after 3 to 6 months of birth, about this antibody, how can it generate normally in the blood without the presence of antigenic stimulation

Commensals Bacteria in the gut of baby and the pollen grains in the air has surface antigens on their membranes alike to A & B antigens. Immune system of the baby respond to those antigens which own red cells don't have. B group person develop antibody A . These antibodies are against the bacterial antigens and equally react with human antigens. These re mainly IgM in nature because there is no primary or secondary stimulus . There is continuous sub clinical stimuli throughout life.
