Have you looked at the FANTOM5 database? It contains expression analysis of transcript variants for a wide range of genes in both mouse and human across a wide range of cells and tissues. I'm not sure if they have looked specifically at synovial tissue, but there might be something helpful for you.  I have added a link for the paper the database.
