I am currently seeking a short-term postdoctoral opportunity (3 to 12 months, this is the allowed period for me as a lecturer) in the fields of protein extraction, characterization, and application, or in emulsions and coatings. I am particularly interested in exploring the potential of micro-algae and dry legume flours and proteins in these areas.
