I am concerned about the gradual shift of service endpoints for urban public infrastructure, such as gas, water and electricity payment services, to mobile applications. This poses significant inconvenience for the elderly and those who are not adept at using smartphones. I am very interested in this issue. I believe this phenomenon can be attributed to the platformization of infrastructure. I wonder if this theoretical perspective is applicable to explaining my research interest? Or are there any other theoretical perspectives that can help me gain a deeper understanding of this problem?
