I accidently forgot to remove traces of 70% ethanol used to wash beads, and did the elution for my libraries with water right away. So now my libraries contain a bit of ethanol, I do not know exactly how much.
Would you recommend sequencing these libraries without doing anything? Do you think speed vac for the samples and dissolving with water will solve the problem?

Depends on how deep you want to sequence them - the critical point at which the EtOH will interfere will be the DNA polymerase in sequencing by synthesis stage on Illumina flowcell. If these are the ONLY libraries on the flowcell, I would suggest loading a bit extra. However, usually the libraries are diluted down to pM range before loading on the flowcell, so the EtOH will also be diluted out. Plus, if they will be multiplexed with other libraries and won't take > 30% of the reads, then I think there are no worries. Also, if you were dealing with > 8 samples, then probably the drying happening without your intending to do so anyway.
