Thanks for noticing the issue with 3D borehole arrays, this is actually a bug! I just fixed it, which would be reflected in the next release, where you certainly can have combination of surface and borehole electrodes for a 3D inversion.

Thank you for your suggestions Mohamed-Mourad Lafifi but I prefer to keep working with ResIPy API while the guys work on the GUI.

I don't have an opinion about BERT, never tried it. But I did not had a good experience with DCIP2D&3D. Everything was difficult, from getting the academic license, to working with the codes and getting in touch with the guys at UBC. I did not like it, and would not go back.
