this patient present from basic health unit with NG tube in place, constipation.
on examination patient running fever. there is palpable, tender lump in left lower abdomen of 10 * 9 cm.
lab investigations were normal except TLC which was 15.
U/S showing tubular structure of fluid filled in (L) side of abdomen.

what to do next?
Please remove images of the patient from the internet. We can read the name / exam date/ station name ... in the jpeg. It is a violation of someones privacy, rather unprofessional and unethical.
