for the HPLC Analysis, i want to use 0.1% phosphoric acid as a mobile phase. can anyone guide me how i can make 0.1% phosphoric acid solution to make a standard for citric acid quantification.

A 0.1% solution is most simply thought of as being 1 mL of phosphoric acid in your HPLC water. You normally would want to buffer this since a 0.1% H3PO4 solution has a pH around 1.5. Check your method and see if they don't call for a specific pH range.

I agree with Mark Krause, you just need to add 1 mL of phosphoric acid to 999 mL of HPLC water to get a solution of 0.1% phosphoric acid.
