Zipped folder contains aastex.cls and spr-astr-addons.sty files. No problem in compiling with my Winedt. But arxiv processing failed while uploading the manuscript. The template is of the Journal "Astrophysics and Space Science".

Check that your style files are standard, or recent. The arXiV preprocessor has recent versions of the LaTeX compiler to generate the necessary PDF proof for you. Include only .tex, .bib, and image files such as .png, .jpg, etc. It is quite a challenge to upload to arXiV the first time, as I did recently https://arxiv.org/abs/2005.04496v1
The paper was eventually published in Measurement (Elsevier). Good luck.
Does it return any specific error? I found the automatic building of pdf from tex file very unstable in online submission systems. It's not 100% reproducibly between local and online compilation. I've had numerous situation when the file complied on my local platform, while filed online. Usually system provides log in this case (at least Editorial Manager and similar platforms do). If you can look inside it, it will help a lot.

Thanks all, my problem is solved now. It is because of arxiv's Texlive 2021 new online compiler. But I use Winedt in my machine. The error was UTF-8 format error, after rewriting the text the problem solved.
