There are many different classifications by different scholars on forms of capitalism, but I note that you're studying in Prague. With that in mind, you could perhaps focus on the emerging diversity of capitalism among the newer members of the EU. Conversely, you could also compare the different forms of capitalism present among the newer EU member states and the older ones.

If you're simply looking to compare different forms of capitalism within the EU, you can divide them in the following way:

- Anglo-Saxon model (Ireland, UK)

- Continental model (Germany, France)

- Nordic model (Sweden, Denmark, Finland)

- Mediterranean model (Spain, Italy, Greece)

A good starting point for all of these would be to search for "Debating Varieties of Capitalism: A Reader", edited by Bob Hancké and published by Oxford University Press. It gives you a broad overview of the different views on this topic and should give you the means to make your own decisions on how to proceed with your thesis. Hope this helps and best of luck!

Both Feudalism and classical political economy are primitive forms of capitalism from which contemporary capitalism has evolved. Adam Smith and Schumpeter, among others, discuss the roots and developments of the spirit of capitalism. My book on Globalization adds material that make capitalism to be global and imperialistic. One idea might be how the more than 700 lobbyists in Brussels are interfering and maneuvering EU legislation in Strassbourg and in Brussels, like are agricultural lobbyists successful in changing/stop changing EU politics and legislation or is the sugger lobby successful in the prevention of new rules on the public health and the way sugger is displayed on bottles of soft drings and other food items?!

Even if the work is in French and applies mainly to Western and Southern Europe, the fundamentals are present. For information purposes, the work corresponds quite amply to the traditional requirements of a Bachelor thesis so it can serve as a structuring framework. To go even further in different forms of capitalism and work in European political economy, I recommend the work of Bruno Amable (2017) and Stafano Palombarini.
