There are great benefits to online and hybrid learning. First of all, it is necessary to note the possibility of distributing time when it is possible to receive an education (at least its theoretical part) without interrupting from work. This is the accessibility of training both for people with disabilities and, for example, for long-distance sailors who can continue the theoretical part of their education while at sea. I believe that online (synchronous and asynchronous) learning is absolutely necessary for undergraduates, since my many years of teaching experience have shown that it is thanks to this approach that lecture attendance has improved. It has become much easier for undergraduates to manage time and plan the learning process. It should be noted that the degree of independence of students has increased in both undergraduate and graduate programs.

The main problem of e-learning, especially in the case of the asynchronous method, from my point of view, is a certain loss of heuristics, which is achieved during the live learning process, as a result of direct communication between the lecturer and the student. Although, synchronous online learning still makes it possible to communicate with students in real time and space.

Of course, I continue and will happily continue to participate in online learning. At this stage, my goal is to become familiar with the new methodological and technical possibilities associated with online learning. I think we can now definitely say that online learning is the future of high-quality and optimally planned higher education.

Thanks for the opportunity. During COVID 19, i had experienced both online and hybrid teaching to the students community. I felt it makes us to be updated well in digital education system and focus to be more on student engagement. Since i am an accounting lecturer, i learnt how to use various tools in teaching of practical part of units through an online. It also sometimes more flexible for both teachers and students. finally, this teaching and learning approach keep us updated and i enjoyed it.
