Hi!
I want to perform FISH staining on female mice FFPE tissues to detect the Y chromosome of previously transplanted male donor cells.
I noticed there is not a lot of literature available on Y chromosome probes for FISH staining, and hence I could not find anything else but Kdm5d, Orly, Ssty1 and Ssty1 probes.
Therefore, I need particular advice on probes or producers that you can recommend for order. As I am quite new at this, protocol suggestions for FFPE FISH would be very useful for me as well.
