At present, I am having XRD analysis of powders in UXD format. Can anyone tell me the free software available online or link that can decode my UXD file..
UXD files are generally text files, so even without PowDLL (that I also recommand by the way) you should be able to read them with excel, with the notepad, and possibly with many XRD softwares that will accept xy data.
