Dear Florian Glodeanu,
This is an excellent initiative. I hope this one does not choke to bottlenecks similar projects in the U.S. have experienced. The link provides a nice summary of the major points but the implementation of those points will likely face challenges. And what about unfunded research? Will it be limited to Europe?
