Im working with Inducing Hairy Root Induction By Rhizobium rhizogenes . Currently, Im trying to induce it in Rhodiola species but after definite time period im getting roots but the roots grow slow just after callus formation (though the efficiency is very low). Please suggest, if you have any advice or recommendation ?
