Before I left academia, I was also working with Natural Products. I had always thought it would be fun to do a review, but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. I'm not certain if it would help, but I specifically studied the Thioesterase II of a multitude of PKS and NRPS systems. In the supplemental section of my publication, I had a genetic alignment of thioesterases from 33 natural product systems.
