Does the polarization of the ablated laser beam has an effect on debris emission in LPP.

To my knowledge, the polarized incident beam experiences a polarization change and the ablative debris affect on the depolarization ratio. I believe there is not a strong correlation between incident beam polarization and the ablative debris emission.
My response would be "it depends on what you mean by debris": one person's debris is another person's intended product. Since what comes out of an LPP source changes with the wave length of the incoming laser light, its intensity, and the illuminated material, an answer would depend on these parameters as well.
Having said that, short-pulse lasers may well accelerate electrons predominantly along the laser's electric field, but whether these electrons have enough momentum to continue along their initial path, or are deflected by collisions, self-generated electric and magnetic fields, and whatever else affects electrons in or close to an LPP, is a complicated question that I have no answer to and know no references for. Naively you'd think no: high energy density plasmas are too messy to produce anything but an isotropic explosion of hot material from a point-like source over a relevant debris creation time.
