Would it be possible to develop an optical architecture by storing signals as dirac impulses represented as visual scales on graphene ?

In my opinion optical signal processing is one part of a new technical system - another one is rewritable media systems that could be graphene storages representing signals by dirac implulses wich represent a signal in time in a compressed way. I learned, that the characteristics of a waveform keeps its information over time. This could be a way of storing this information.

wow - ok i see now the connection of binary logic is a folding or a correlation itself. The reflection of a signal just had to be of same consistence ?!
