Concerning Turing's onedimensional universal machine draft and the necessity for a exact clocktime in modern computers as like optical methods to transfer data - it seem's to me that the start and stop signal of a transmission has dependence to the changing speed, different models of computers can have. The message itself can independently consist of checked (timegaps) signalgaps (muted pulses~) reliant to the clock ?!

Would it be possible to influence and measure the distance of this two photons? A linear scale would perhaps provide an optical linear system where (parallel) clock ratio is used to address a charset and convert and process values virtually.
