I'd appreciate it if anyone could show me the right direction. I've been working lately for straight two years with gas chromatography. I know HPLC a little, but I'm not that familiar with high perfomance liquid chromatography. Although, my aim right now led me to find the best possible way to measure the quantity of biognic amines. I thought to myself that maybe I'd try with GC, however, a colleague of mine advised me to also consider HPLC. Shall I pick one of them or neither one would be proper for this aim?
