Would anyone please help me by sharing the protocol of hBN transfer from Ni foil to substrate.. Should I use 0.5 M HCl or Ni etchant ? Should I dip Ni foil in PMMA or spin coat it ? If I spin coat it, should I coat it at top or both sides of Ni foil ...please help
