It's a short, 10 minutes, online questionnaire guaging readiness for employment. It's designed for people with personality disorders, however anyone can take part as I am testing the psychometric validity of the scale. This means you do not have to have a diagnosis of personality disorders.

I just completed your survey. Very interesting. I cc'd the questions for my memory because I want to give you feedback. I am a pre-dissertation doctoral student & took the survey because I am curious how others do their research. I haven't had time to really think about the survey yet, but one question keeps nagging me: how do know someone w/a diagnosed pdo has completed the survey. You asked about mental health & if someone categorizes themselves as a person w/mental health issue; however, that seems too vague to gain the information you're seeking.
Once I've had a change to sleep & think, I'll add more to my thoughts in another "Answer" box.

Your items seem to be good (eg, good face validity). However, the readability seems to be very high. The instructions particularly seem to be high. Not only will high readability affect understanding, it will also affect willingness to complete the survey. Where you can simplify your language.

My computer ate my copy of your questionnaire! It's no where to be found on it. We had a few days of severe thunderstorms & ended up losing our electrical power to the house for several moments at a time, multiple times. I can only think that is when it happened. I do not want to mess w/your results, but I so wanted to review it w/you.
From what I recall, it was well done! However, I was uncertain how the questions asked would reveal a personality disorder (pdo). Still, the questionnaire was thorough and had redundancy built-in to offer more ways of gaining your information. There might be a slight language barrier to some who do not have the voracious reading appetite that I have:). There are some questions in which the words used were clearly UK English as opposed to US English. If I still had the questionnaire, I could tell you which ones I'm talking about. There were only a few, 3 or 4? if I remember right.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in your study & to do some critiquing. How do you plan to analyze your data? As I mentioned above, I was not certain how the questions would inform you of any pdo any of your participants might have. So, how are you going to know the impact having a pdo has on job searching? These are just a couple of things I wondered as I was completing the questionnaire.
