Hello,

I am learning to use Clone Manager 9.0 for simulation of cloning. I need your help to understand how to simulate cloning of a blunt end PCR product into pCR-Blunt II-TOPO vector. I am wondering whether this software needs any upgrades to perform this? Thanks in adavnce for your time to share your experience.
