Please check the attached papers on WO3 ink preparation for the inkjet printing. To make the WO3 inkjet printable you need to tune the viscosity, surface tension, concentration etc. of the ink. You can also buy WO3 ink from Sigma Aldrich.

Best printers for inkjet printing of nano-particles, polymers or any 2D nano-materials is Dimatix-2800 and Dimatix-2850 printers. These printers allows high performance, precision printing and deposition of traditional inks and nano-particle fluids on all-type of surfaces including flexible substrates.
