In case of an amperometric antibody based biosensor where we use graphene as an electrode is it possible that additional impedance is created due to other biomolecules that have the capacity to interact with graphene ( eg. in case of a blood sample where there are multiple biomolecules). If yes how is it possible to eliminate this non specific interaction.

In case of specific interference studies, U fix d Ab and vary d Ag / biomolecule that interacts with it, with the varying current U can confirm the specificity of ur biomolecules.
What kind of role does graphene play in dis study ? In case if it is acting as a linker molecule, the resistance vil b higher; it could b studied by performing bare graphene coated electrode.
You can also try spiking your samples with known amounts of the reference standard. Search for the "spike and recovery approach".
