I did the contact angle measurement of two different sample, I got one angle at 75 ° and other sample at 95°. In some sources I found hydrophobic surface will have angle higher than 100.
And other doubt, Is it mandatory to take SD of reading while writing contact angle of sample.?

The sample is hydrophilic (the contact angle is < 90 degree). If you have two measurements there is no standard deviation.
If you have many data is good to write the standard deviation (not mandatory) but when you have 2 or 3 measurements there is no standard deviation
contact angle is greater than 90°, the solid surface is considered hydrophobic.
The surface should be hydrophobic if the contact angle is greater than 90°.
The idea of Standard deviation defines the amount of variation in the set of values.
