Hi all,

Here, I have attached the 2-input files of Abaqus for mode-I delamination for dissimilar materials having different boundary conditions (BC's). It consists of surface or interaction-based CZM input parameters for adhesion for hyperelastic polymer and metal. Results are attached for two different boundary conditions (BC's): 1. Bottom plate is fully constrained (files are named Bottom Fixed, norm_s2_fixedBottomFiniteSliding.inp); 2. The uppermost and lowermost nodes of the top and bottom plate provided the same displacement respectively (files are named DCB, norm_s2.inp). The analytical calculations and element-based finite element analysis (FE) give the same result (results are named as NormalStressStrainElementBasedBottomFixed.png for BC-1 and NormalStressStrainElementBasedDCB.png for BC-2).

The attached results for surface-based analysis are named NormalStressStrainForDissimilarMaterialsFixedBottom_SurfaceBasedInteraction.png and NormalStressStrainForDissimilarMaterialsDCB_SurfaceBasedInteraction.png.

I am requesting to research community to check the result and files to correct the model. It will be a great help if possible to show the results of CZM of surface-based and element-based analysis, giving the same results for dissimilar materials (polymer and metals). I will be very thankful for your valuable time and considerations.
