Will the IR characteristic peaks of C2H4(ethylene) on Fe and Fe3O4 catalysts be distinguishable?

My catalyst has both Fe and Fe3O4. I am wondering whether the IR peaks of C2H4 molecules adsorbed on Fe and Fe3O4 sites will negatively or positively moving. If yes, is it distinguishable or not? Thanks
