On the one hand, AI is a revolution that can change the learning process to be more effective and personalised. On the other hand, there are concerns about safety, ethics and the impact on students' social development. AI in education is an opportunity to personalise learning, where AI adapts the pace of learning and material to the needs of the student, increasing their motivation. AI supports students with difficulties by offering additional exercises and explanations. Accessible AI means chatbots and virtual assistants available 24/7, which is important for students with learning difficulties. AI is a powerful tool for creating interactive forms of learning, where lessons are dynamic and students are actively involved in the learning process. AI helps teachers to automate tasks, allowing them to focus on the creative aspects of their work. However, an over-reliance on AI limits social interaction, and AI chatbots may provide inaccurate information. The use of AI in education raises questions about data privacy and the exclusion of students from low-income families. In conclusion, AI in education is a huge potential, but needs control and regulation. Ethical standards, data privacy and equal access to technology are needed. Teachers must be trained in the use of AI and critically evaluate information. Only then will AI in education be safe, ethical and sustainable.
