Will Gal4-DBD bind to pFR-Luc and induce firefly expression?

Dear community,

I am wondering if a Gal4-DBD protein expressed by the pFA-CMV plasmid will bind to the reporter plasmid pFR-Luc which contains the Gal4 binding element.
