Our developer was jammed after I had incubated my membrane with the primary and secondary HRP antibody, so I opted to dry my membrane and re-hydrate once the machine was fixed.

Will the HRP secondary still be enzymatically active after drying? Should I re-probe with the secondary before applying the ECL substrate or strip the membrane and re-apply the primary and secondary antibodies?
