Why would my western blot result change the shape, like this?

The western blots result looks really tortuous. But for other proteins like LC3 and GAPDH, the blots are good. Anybody could help me to figure it out? This is the blot result of p62 (around 60 kDa). I used 15% gel. Thanks everybody!

Dear Tianyi,

Usually "smiley effects" appear with SDS-PAGES which were run too hot or too fast. I don't know which system you use or at which voltage, but try it slower and cooler.
