Why when I increase the doping metal the TPD-NH3 show increasing in acidity then show me decrease at high consecration of the metal?
I am using Ce doped with activated carbon when I increas the consecration of Ce the acidity was increase then Show me decrease is there any explanation for this phenomena

In which form is Ce: as an oxide or as a zerovalent metal ? The oxide CeO2 is intrinsically acidic, so this may be the reason of the increased acidity you observed.

With the addition of CeO2 to activated carbon the Lewis acidity increases. In NH3 -TPD at high temperature region the peaks occurred it is due to Lewis acidic sites. The acidity increases with increase in ceria doping up to certain doping then the acidity decreases due to bulk nature of the metal on support.
when I use Ce 20% and the Ca 15 the peak was shifted to higher temp. and when I use Ca 20 more higher than 15 and when I use 25 was decrease
