I am trying to calibrate my swat model for streamflow. while looking at my initial flow_out values in Swatoutput table, it looked quite well. But after setting up SWAT-cup, my simulated flow_out values are way too low. I may have problem while setting up the swatcup .
Have you ever come up across such problems?

I guess my swat simulated flowout must be near to the values of flowout after initial calibration. But I am getting completely different kind of value.

Check if you assign the correct outlet number. And also look into your calibration parameters with initial values.
I checked with my outlet number and it is ok.
I tried to calibrate with the default SWAT parameters. The flow_out was very low.
I thought If I increase the number of simulations, then it would work. So I simulated 200 Times. But still, I am getting very low flow_out values.
When I look at output.rch file inTxtInOut folder in swat scenario( or in backup folder of SWATCUP), the flow seems higher.
But in output.rch file in SWATCUP floder, the flow is very very low.
Can you help?

" But in output.rch file in SWATCUP folder, the flow is very very low " - Are you getting this value before calibration or after calibration?? If you're getting before calibration than check whether you located the correct TextInOut file in your SWAT-Cup.
Otherwise, try to follow the "Rules for parameter regionalization" from attached article. Hope it will solve.
Check the groundwater ( surface water OR base flow and quick flow) parameter ranges in the SWAT model, that range may be probably important to apply in your SWAT-CUP package. The other issue may also parameter selection. If your variable is mainly flow, go for flow parameters in the calibration uncertainty analysis.
I have a problem of my sediment yield output in swat cup being only one line of the observed and the simulated is zero. I keep getting this error when I perform SUFI2 post run. Could anyone help me with this. I have attached the error.
