I analyze my data using R-software with different mean comparison tests like LSD, Duncan, and Tukey. There are big differences among the treatments/groups, but they are not statistically different. What is the reason?
Let a good statistician advise you which test to use for the experiment design. A statistician can help with designing your experiment, too.
Thank you, Professor William Mcdaniel . But still, I am looking for more suggestions and experience from the scientific community like you.
It may be that the variation within your treatment group is too large, so you can eliminate the data with particularly large variation.
Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?
