I have made rate capability test on silicon anode. The cell was cycled in different C rates like 0.1C,0.5C,0.2C,1C,2C and3C respectively. then the cell was again cycled at 0.1C after 3C to check the capacity retention. I found that the charge capacity has increased more than the first cycle. Is it possible that some of the disconnected active material recovered somehow after high C rates? I found the same behaviour in some literatures but it was not explained clearly.
